The function $[a,b,c,d]=fIntkerext(A,B)$ computes the orthonormal bases of

$c=\mathrm{null}\left(\begin{array}{c}u^T\\v^T\end{array}\right)$
$a=\mathrm{null}\left(\begin{array}{c}u^T\\c^T\end{array}\right)$
$b=\mathrm{null}\left(\begin{array}{c}v^T\\c^T\end{array}\right)$
$d=\mathrm{null}\left(\begin{array}{c}a^T\\b^T\\c^T\end{array}\right)$

where $u=\mathrm{orth}(A^T)$ and $v=\mathrm{orth}(B^T)$ .
